Position: Dynamics Business Central Developer (m/f/d)

LikeMind are partnering with an established end customer based in Schleswig-Holstein, currently operating on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 14 On-Prem (C/AL). This role offers the opportunity to step into a key in-house position supporting users, working alongside a highly productive developer, and gradually taking over responsibility from the current IT Manager.

The business is preparing for a long-term upgrade to the latest AL-based version of Business Central across its group companies. The upgrade has begun in Norway, with Denmark and Germany planned to follow over the next few years. The successful candidate will play a central role in day-to-day support while contributing to future system planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as an in-house consultant, providing user support and helping improve system usage across departments
• Partnering closely with the existing developer to support, maintain, and refine the current BC14 system
• Assisting with upgrade preparation and participating in the broader multi-year roadmap to AL-based Business Central
• Gradually taking on responsibilities from the current IT Manager, including technical coordination and stakeholder support
• Engaging with internal teams across Norway, Denmark, and Germany to support local needs during rollout phases
• Maintaining clear documentation and supporting knowledge transfer across systems and teams

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally with both C/AL and AL
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal users and technical colleagues
• Willingness to take ownership and grow into a broader IT responsibility role
• Comfortable in a support-focused, in-house environment with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written English
