Position: Microsoft 365 Engineer

Location: Lisbon, Coimbra, or Castelo Branco (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite required initially)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the rollout of Windows 11 across a large device fleet, leveraging tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM;
• Oversee provisioning and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints;
• Apply company standards for device setup and enforce security baselines aligned with enterprise guidelines;
• Support and shape the structure of a new Microsoft 365 environment, including onboarding of global sites;
• Create and update technical documentation and operational processes;
• Design and implement automation scripts for deployment and remediation tasks;
• Collaborate closely with a globally dispersed team to ensure seamless integration and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (B2/C1);
• Proven experience with Microsoft environments and migrations from legacy/on-prem setups;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and device management solutions;
• Comfortable with hardware configuration and troubleshooting (laptops and desktops);
• Solid experience with PowerShell scripting;
• Familiar with Zero Trust architecture and related security practices, including MFA, FIDO2 keys, and certificate-based authentication;
• Understanding of network segmentation principles;
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation.
