**Job Title: Metal Worker (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** Join our team as a manufacturing sheet metal worker specializing in aerospace components. You will utilize your skills in deburring, trim-drilling, and routing using various tools such as pneumatic air tools, band saws, and wheel grinders. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly and fabrication tasks with precision and attention to detail. + Deburr, trim-drill, and route sheet metal components. + Utilize pneumatic air tools, band saws, and wheel grinders to shape and finish materials. + Fabricators- knowledge of aerospace blueprint reading, use measuring tools(calibers, scales height gauges), fiberglass trim tools, drill templates/fixtures, Jigs, Fixtures, Shop Aids to ensure required dimensions are achieved, and tight tolerances. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly and fabrication. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of mechanical and production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading skills are preferred but not required. + Experience with sheet metal, MIG, and mechanical assembly. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including 100% medical and dental coverage once you become a direct employee.
