We are hiring Fashion Merchants at both fresher and senior levels to support and manage apparel production processes. The role involves coordination with vendors, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality and cost efficiency across production cycles.

Responsibilities

For Freshers:

• Assist in order follow-ups, sampling
• Support fabric sourcing, production tracking, and data management
• Work closely with sourcing and quality teams on daily tasks

For Senior Merchants:

• Manage end-to-end production planning and vendor relationships
• TNA management, and delivery targets
• Ensure quality control and compliance standards are met
• Liaise with internal teams on inventory, logistics, and issue resolution

Qualifications

Freshers:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Production, or related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Interest in garment production and merchandising

Senior Merchants:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a garment production house (export or domestic)
• Strong knowledge of production planning and buyer handling
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tight timelines
• Experience working with buyers, QA teams, and factories
