Job Summary

WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, is looking for intermediate to mid-level candidates who possess strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills to join our growing company as a Merchandise Coordinator. This role focuses on accuracy and communication while maintaining product organization throughout a busy environment and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Learn & use a proprietary inventory management system
• Be accurate through receiving, unpacking, labeling, assembling and staging samples
• Work closely with Photo, 3D, and Video departments
• Maintain the studio & warehouse space with strong attention to inventory
• Locate & prep all items on the weekly schedule
• Locate items for Photo, Video, and 3D as requested
• Communicate with procurement & warehouses to assure stock style is correct
• Meet weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
  
  

Experience

• No prior experience required; relevant experience is a plus
  
  

Education

• No prior degree required; relevant experience is a plus
