Summary

More than an employee, truly part of the team.

Rogue's founders started Rogue Engineering and Design with two pillars in mind.

First, excellence deserves recognition.

In our previous industry experience, we found too many MEP engineering firms that failed to reward dedicated and impactful contributors for their achievements.

Second, ultimately, MEP engineering is a part of the 'service industry.'

At Rogue, we realize that customer satisfaction means everything. While the old cliche 'the customer is always right' doesn't quite apply in the engineering world, we believe in treating each client with respect, communicating clearly and effectively, and most importantly, make each client feel like we're on their team.

If you’re ready to join a culture where you are noticed, where your hard work is appreciated and duely rewarded, where the project ‘team’ truly feels like a team, and where client relationships often become permanent friendships, then we look forward to seeing your resume!
