Job Title: Project Engineer/MEP Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Engineer/MEP Engineer for our Group. As a Real Estate Development and Real Estate Management, we value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

1. Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.
3. Minimum of 7 years plus previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
6. To be able to Review all drawings related to construction and fit out works.
7. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
8. High level of professionalism and integrity.
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
11. Preferably in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish

- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Preparing and reviewing Load Schedules.

- Reviewing heat load calculations (HAP Outputs) and ESP calculations and associated selections.

- Reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations.

- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.

- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams

- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

- Handling of Authorities like DEWA,DCD,DM and all local authorities.
