We are a leading construction company dedicated to delivering excellence across various sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled MEP Estimator to join our Cost Control and Estimation Department.

About the Role:

The MEP Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This position requires a deep understanding of MEP systems, market pricing, and post-contract commercial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs for MEP works.
• Conduct cost estimations and rate analysis for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Review and assess Main Contract and Subcontractor variation claims.
• Prepare and finalize account statements for Employers and Subcontractors.
• Evaluate EOT (Extension of Time) claims from a contractual and technical perspective.
• Assist with bidding and tendering processes for MEP packages.
• Support the Estimation Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a site-based Estimation role.
• Strong knowledge of market rates and standard methods of measurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (e.g., CCS, PlanSwift, etc.).
• Experience evaluating technical and contractual claims.
