Job Title: MEP Estimator
Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Estimator/Project Manager to support our expanding estimating department during a busy summer season. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cost plans and estimates across all project phases.
- Advise clients on cost strategies and market conditions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare and present detailed estimates.
- Work on impactful projects that shape the built environment in NYC and beyond.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in MEP construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial and infrastructure MEP systems.
- Proven ability in estimation, project management, and MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software such as Trimble, Bluebeam, CostX, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $80.00/hr.
