The position is responsible for reviewing the plans of electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems of buildings for construction. Our ideal candidate is typically a self-motivated individual who thrives on helping clients and has a technical background. Primary duties will include performing building code plans review and/or inspections (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) on residential and commercial buildings and managing specific projects related to these types of code inspections. Some travel may be required for inspections and/or managing projects in the assigned area. We currently have positions available in our Miami-Dade office. Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications Review of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing plans for building construction.
