What we’re looking for: 

We are seeking for Menu Content Senior Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Client Strategy to transform the menu team into a highly effective unit that can deliver on their mission and vision statement.

What you’ll accomplish: 

• Deep-dive into current processes/workflows then identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and execute improvement projects
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to improve the overall agent experience (e.g. product team, training team, etc.)
• Build feedback loops for continuous improvement of client menu setups
• Manage the entire menu team to ensure key metric targets are met
