We provide housing and services for adults living with a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Alongside the Program Director, you will manage and develop the team members, oversee the operations of the program and ensure excellent service is being provided to clients. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who is energetic and ready to jump in wherever needed. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: * Full-time, in-person, mainly daytime hours (some weekend, evening and on-call availability required) * $50,000 - $60,000/year, salaried * $50k = 3 yrs total work experience including 1 yr supervisory experience * $55k = 5 yrs total work experience including 2 yrs supervisory experience * $60k = 7 yrs total work experience including 3+ yrs supervisory experience WHY SLS?
