We are looking for a Membership Sales Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Membership Sales Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Fully responsible in YUN Wellness sales initiatives & processes, campaigns and onsite and offsite sales, and work closely with the team in creating and organizing corporate events to drive the sales growth
  • Oversee day-to-day sales and activities from membership recruitment, retention to renewals as well as the membership database and keep it updated at all time
  • Assist Department Head in managing sales forecasting activities, membership budget and setting performance goal to achieve financial objectives
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications Team in order to develop of marketing materials and digital contents on social media platform, keep the content fresh and up-to-date
  • Handle complaints and provide remedial solutions for service improvement
  • Analyze the market needs for development of new programs / activities
  • Prepare the monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns
  • As part of management team of YUN Wellness, assist in operations as needed and work as a Team to drive common goals

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • University graduate in Business, Marketing, Sports & Recreation Management or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales / Marketing field, preferable with membership-based club operations
  • 2 years managerial experience required
  • Innovative and strong sense of market trends
  • Well-organized, goal-oriented and attention to details
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua and hands-on experience in MS Office applications
