Vacancy: Membership Officer – International Federation (Brussels)

Contract Type: Interim contract

Salary: €3000 – €3500 gross/month

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing large databases? Are you looking to contribute to a dynamic and international team? This role as Membership Officer within a respected international federation in Brussels could be the perfect match for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a large membership database (approx. 1,400 members) using a CRM system.
• Oversee membership invoicing and follow-up.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of membership data.
• Extract data and prepare reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Support interdepartmental coordination and contribute to various internal projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the federation.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in membership administration or database management, ideally within a federation, association, or non-profit.
• Strong skills in Excel (data analysis, formulas, tables); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Independent, accurate, proactive, and well-organized.
• Able to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
