Member Service Reps are a vital part of our team and are “the face” of our gym. You are often the first person anyone meets when they come to the club. The objective of this role is to build the club’s member base, exceed members’ expectations and promote our club’s pure awesomeness on social media.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcomes, greets, and interacts with the members and guests 
• New client acquisition through direct 1-1 sales presentations, phone calls, emails and text messages.
• Outbound marketing and outreach to our existing member community.
• Generates social media content promoting the culture and environment of our gym.
• Supports Front Desk operations and member management.
• Ensures personal and facility appearance meet standards.
• Performs cleaning duties that include, but are not limited to: mopping floors, cleaning showers, wiping down equipment, cleaning mirrors, and folding/stocking towels.
• Knows and abides by facility policy and procedures, advising members as appropriate.
• Participates in staff meetings and employee training as scheduled.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge & understanding of social media platforms; FB, IG, Tiktok, etc.
• Working knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft Outlook. 
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
• Physical demands require having the ability to lift up to 40 lb. weights for restacking.

Preferred but not required:

• Entering or currently studying digital and/or social media marketing 
• Adult CPR/AED & First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or the American Safety & Health Institute.
• Prior fitness and customer service experience.



GENEROUS COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

$15 an hour + bonuses based on strategic initiatives.

PART-TIME: Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]. Must be available for up to 25 hours a week.
