Summary

Major Responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivers a clean and professional member and team member experience
  • Provides superior customer service over the phone and via email communication with members and team members.
  • Assist members with questions concerns.
  • Assist members in settling difficult billing inquiries, payment issues and delinquent accounts.
  • Collects past due payments from members.
  • Maintains awareness of their personal daily statistics.
  • Escalate calls & emails from for member situations
  • Responsible for completing special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ability to handle challenging and complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with both the MSOffice suite as well as company specific applications.
  • High School diploma required.
  • 20-30 hours per week
  • Morning Availability
  • Weekend Availability as needed
