Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by Tarrant County’s Credit Union. Process account transactions effectively, including deposits, withdrawals, negotiable instruments and other financial transactions. This position will take a lead role in creating an outstanding member experience by discovering their financial needs, resolving service issues and opening new accounts. Teller and Member Services experience in a financial institution required. Take member calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Assist members via text and chat message with common questions and needed assistance. Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating TCCU’s eServices via online or mobile.
