Who are we looking for?


As a Functional Analyst at Quriosity, you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to analyze and optimize application processes. You will translate user requirements into clear functional specifications and work alongside developers to implement end-to-end solutions. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you’ll ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.


What will you do?


As a Functional Analyst at Quriosity, your focus will be on translating user requirements into functional specifications. You will work closely with development teams to implement end-to-end solutions. Here is what you will do:


  • User Requirements: Gather business requirements through conversations and interviews with stakeholders. You’ll understand what users need.
  • Use Cases and User Stories: Create use cases and user stories. These will guide the development process.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with development teams. Explain functionalities and ensure smooth communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform functional tests and quality checks. You’ll ensure that the delivered solution meets requirements.

Your profile


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Functional analyst.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex information understandable.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, BPMN, and UML is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work on location at our offices in Kontich and Hasselt.
  • Fluent or native Dutch, French and English is a big plus.
