Summary

Our diverse team of more than 40 mental health professionals offers comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. Our providers include Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Nurse Practitioners. To support a truly holistic approach to mental wellness, we also offer a dedicated Medication Management Department, ensuring our clients receive well-rounded, personalized treatment.

We are in the process of expanding our Medication Management Team by introducing a new role designed to provide additional support. This team works onsite at the clinic, serving clients who are experiencing severe depression and anxiety. As part of their treatment, some clients receive a self-administered dose of Ketamine (Spravato), which has been shown to improve a client's overall mood and sense of well-being. Key Responsibilities: Treatment Room Preparation & Cleaning: Ensure the treatment room is properly set up before each patient session, including arranging necessary supplies. Clean and sanitize the room and equipment after each use, following infection control protocols. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the treatment team, including prescribers, nurses, and behavioral health staff. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Patient Support: Provide reassurance and a calming environment for patients undergoing treatment. Patient Monitoring: Supervise patients during and after SPRAVATO administration, ensuring they are stable and comfortable throughout the observation period. Vital Signs & Safety Checks: Obtain and document vital signs pre- and post-treatment. Identify and report any adverse reactions or concerns to the prescribing provider. Documentation: Accurately record patient observations, side effects, and responses to treatment per clinic protocols. Emergency Preparedness: Recognize and respond appropriately to medical emergencies, following established clinic protocols. Compliance & Protocol Adherence: Follow FDA Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) guidelines and clinic policies regarding SPRAVATO administration and patient safety. Order medication as instructed and securely store for patient appointments. Maintain and update patient medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure correct claims. Assist with prior authorizations for medications and treatments. Handle phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Process referrals to specialists and coordinate follow-up care. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program a plus. Experience: Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or medical or clinical office setting preferred. Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical setting. Compassion and sensitivity when interacting with patients experiencing mental health challenges. Direct patient care experience a plus. Work Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays possible.

$15.00-$18.00 per hour. Salary based on experience and qualifications. Benefits: Paid time off includes; sick leave vacation and holidays. We do not offer health, dental, vision, or 401k Benefits.
