Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical-Surgical Nurse to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and recovery. This role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
• Monitor and assess patient health, document observations, and report any changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare patients for surgeries and assist in post-operative recovery.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety procedures, and hospital protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and manage critical care situations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and rotating shifts.
