Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Medical Receptionist role located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, medical terminology, and medical office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Phone Etiquette and Medical Terminology
• Experience working in a medical office setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of medical billing processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred: Medical assisting experience, CPR/BLS certification
