Pride Health is Hiring Medical Laboratory Scientist contracts in Manitowoc, WI, offering a unique 7 on / 7 off schedule and a supportive lab environment. Shift flexibility, strong blood bank skills, and a commitment to quality lab services are key!

Schedule Details:

• 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule
• Week A: 30 hours
• Week B: 40 hours
• 1 opening – 2nd Shift
• 2 openings – Night Shift
• Weekends required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
• Certification as MLS (ASCP or AMT) – Required
• Blood Bank experience – strongly preferred (client confirming requirement)
• Previous hospital-based lab experience preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Location: Manitowoc, WI 54220
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule (Evening/ Nights) (Weekend rotation required)
• Length: 26 Week Contract
• Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
