Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator to join our Medical Education team as a Medical Education Program Manager. In this role, you will develop scientifically sound, engaging educational content that supports peer-to-peer learning among healthcare professionals (HCPs). You’ll be instrumental in translating complex clinical information into clear, compelling materials that support brand strategy and elevate medical understanding.
This role calls for a highly organized content creator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about advancing medical knowledge. You'll work closely with external faculty and internal stakeholders to bring high-quality educational programs to life—from initial concept through final execution.
Responsibilities And Duties
Program Strategy & Delivery
- Plan and execute a variety of medical education formats, including in-person conferences, virtual webinars, and training programs for fellows.
- Align each educational initiative with strategic objectives and target audience needs.
- Manage speaker logistics and program timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Medical Content Creation & Communication
- Develop and refine educational materials such as presentation decks, speaker guides, and related resources, ensuring scientific accuracy and engaging storytelling.
- Tailor content for a range of medical audiences, including preventive and interventional cardiologists, radiologists, APPs, and primary care providers with an interest in Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
- Maintain consistent messaging across all deliverables while ensuring alignment with regulatory and brand standards.
- Partner with KOLs and internal experts to shape impactful learning experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact between Medical Affairs and departments such as Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical, and Compliance.
- Coordinate messaging and content alignment across teams to maintain unified communication strategies.
- Support internal communications related to medical education initiatives.
Project & Workflow Management
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting to support transparency and team alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical education, clinical marketing, or a similar function within the medtech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH) or professional licensure is a strong plus, though not required.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) for educational or advisory initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and audience engagement.
- A proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to operate in a rapidly growing ‘start-up’ environment.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with a strong ability to translate complex science into visually compelling, narrative-driven content.
- Expected travel up to 40%

- Knowledge and experience in the cardiovascular field.
- Familiarity with Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation requirements and processes, including maintaining compliance with accrediting bodies
Salary Range: $172,142 - $221,515 (Annual Base Salary)
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
