Responsibilities Include: + Admissions, to include H&Ps. + Participate in Discharge Planning. + Round daily on the inpatient unit. + Document promptly and properly. + Attend to minor, acute complaints. + Consult with referring physicians to manage chronic conditions (e.g., IDDM). + Order transfers when indicated. + Participate in call rotation. Qualifications: + Unencumbered Arizona medical license (MD or DO). + Board Eligible or Board Certified in a Primary Care discipline (FM, IM, EM, etc.). + Hospitalist or Critical Care experience is preferred, along with comfort in an outpatient setting. + DEA privileges. + Collaborative personality, as interacting with other physicians and other disciplines is necessary. \#montenido \#LI-ONSITE
