Providing Program Director/Director of Education with active input in course development (i.e., course descriptions, syllabus creation, textbook material, or equipment review). Revision of daily lesson plans (initial slides will be provided) Continued professional growth by attending in-service training and/or continuing education seminars and to attend faculty meetings. Precise record keeping of student attendance and academic progress. Student Development: Creating a classroom environment which fosters students‘ academic growth and guides their professional development. Keeping TIA Administration apprised of student progress (i.e., academic and attendance), especially in terms of performance trends detrimental to the development of a firm educational foundation. Advising students who have minor problems which may be affecting educational progress. Submitting all required class documents at the end of module. Performing other duties as required by the Program Director/Director of Education Qualifications: Need field experience of about 2 years Graduate of an accredited Medical Billing & Coding program Certification/Registered Medical Biller & Coder - current on credentials Teaching experience helpful Seeking availability for Part-Time and Full-Time positions.
