Summary

Position Summary:

The Media Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client's media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across various channels. The role requires you to collaborate with clients, creative teams, and media buyers to develop and implement effective campaigns that achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives and target audience.
  • Oversee the creation and placement of advertising materials across various channels (digital, print, TV, radio, etc.).
  • Manage and control media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on campaign progress, and present recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor media and analytic team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and vendors.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in media, advertising, and marketing.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution. Experience in agency setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of all media channels and media buying, including OOH, DOOH, CTV, Linear, Activations, Endemic Direct buys.
  • Hands-on experience with tool such as IBM, Acoustic, Datorama, Adobe, Core metrics, Web trends and knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of media trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
