We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Unit Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong theoretical background in mechanical engineering principles combined with extensive practical experience in both design and on-ground execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept to production, including generating CAD models, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software, manufacturing) to integrate mechanical designs into complete systems.
• Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of prototypes and production units.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any performance issues.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical engineering technology and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support and supervision during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during on-ground implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven track record of 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and hands-on implementation of engineering projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in both design and on-ground execution of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science.
