Job Summary

As an Engineer, you will contribute to the design and verification of subsystems and components within complex space projects. Your work may involve analysis, testing, and documentation according to established technical methods and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, specification, design, verification, and documentation of subsystems and components within project scope.
• Develop test procedures and predictions based on test plans.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and prepare test reports.
• Coordinate the preparation and on-site execution of tests in collaboration with internal teams and external test houses.
• Assist in the implementation and commissioning of (sub)systems at the customer site.
• Review design and production drawings within your technical discipline.
• Stay up to date with relevant developments and report to the team leader.

Reporting Lines

• Hierarchical: Reports to the Engineering Team Leader.
• Operational: Reports to the Work Package Manager.

Communication Channels

• Internal: Works closely with colleagues for coordination and progress alignment.
• External: Liaises with clients and external partners during system commissioning and test execution at external locations.

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in design, testing, or analysis in a high-tech environment is preferred.
• Strong coordination skills and willingness to work in both lab and customer site environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
