MAN Energy Solutions Hellas has been active in the Greek market since 1966 and we operate in Piraeus, Perama and Lemessos (Cyprus). Our main areas of expertise is: Νew Sales, Αfter Sales services (Spare Parts and Technical), Data Processing, Engineering Services, PrimeServ Academy.

For the Industry Division, MAN Energy Solutions Hellas is offering an interesting position in our Engineering Systems, Instruments & Controls department.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks And Responsabilities

• Plan and manage compressor systems of both traditional and magnetically levitated designs.
• Participate in kick-off meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, HAZOPs, FATs, and other necessary project-related meetings and events.
• Work independently within project teams as a sub-project leader (TPL).
• Responsible for the overall system design, specification, ordering, and acceptance of plant components.
• Provide technical leadership to external service providers and evaluate their results.
• Provide technical support to internal departments across interfaces (quality department, sales, procurement, project management, dynamic simulation, sales support, commissioning, etc.).
• Supervise a small planning team & monitor costs and schedules.
• Participate in technical negotiations/clarifications with suppliers and customers
• Advise internal employees and customers, as well as external service providers.
• Provide technical support during the commissioning phase.
• Enjoy working on a variety of tasks in the areas of main and auxiliary systems.
• Willingness to have an extensive training in Zurich (3-4 months).

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable, from a Technical University.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in machinery and plant engineering.
• Expertise in control and regulation technology for complex plant systems.
• Project Management skills are desirable.
• Sound knowledge of relevant international standards and guidelines (MRL, EN, ANSI, API, VGB, etc.), knowledge of explosion protection (ATEX, IECEX) and functional safety desirable.
• SAP knowledge is considered as a plus.
• General understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages beneficial, i.e German).
• Confident in interactions with clients, suppliers, and external service providers.
