HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager (Travel)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HVAC mechanical projects, with at least 10 years of experience being a significant advantage. While experience in modular construction is not required, it is considered a valuable asset. This role requires the ability to travel to various project sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC mechanical projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and thoroughness in all project aspects.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any changes to project scope.
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the HVAC mechanical sector is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in PM software and tools.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites as required.
• Bonus: Experience in modular construction is a significant plus.
