Job Title: Project Manager – Mechanical Bias\n\nLocation: London - Central \n\nAbout the company:\n\nA leading M&E contractor, part of a large group company who specialise in delivery large M&E installation projects from £10m - £80m predominantly in the Commercial Office, Data Centre and media space. \n\nDo to a successful securing a number of new contracts for 2025 they require a number of seasoned Mechanical Project Manager ideally wit new build commercial office experience to join their teams on brand new projects througjout Zone's 1&2 of London. \n\nRole Overview:\n\nThe Mechanical Project Manager will lead the Mechanical team and play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical installations design phase through to completion.\n\nYour responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, cost management, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBudget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including profit margins, preliminary costs, and procurement expenses.\n\t\nProgram Implementation: Create detailed project schedules and programs to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting.\n\t\nResource Management: Secure and allocate the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently deliver the project or scheme.\n\t\nProfessional Delivery: Ensure successful project completion within specified constraints while maintaining a professional approach.\n\t\nQuality Plan Development: Implement and oversee the creation of the Project Quality Plan and Trade Quality Plans.\n\t\nDefect Rectification: Manage procedures for identifying and addressing defects.\n\t\nProject Handover: Ensure a successful and seamless handover of the project, providing support to the customer or end user throughout the process\n\nOffer:\n\nCompetitive salary\n\t\nCar Allowance / Company Car\n\t\n28 days holiday + bank holidays\n\t\nPension\n\t\nPrivate medical\n\t\nOther industry leading benefits
