Salary $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are a long-established mechanical contracting firm with over six decades of experience, and are a subsidiary of a major national corporation. We provide round-the-clock HVAC services, industrial piping, and commercial plumbing, along with expertise in CAD and BIM technologies. Our work spans construction, renovation, system upgrades, and ongoing facility operations and maintenance for a broad client base.
As a project manager in our major projects division, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial mechanical construction projects across the state. The role involves managing bids, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities also include site visits, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and compliance throughout project execution.

Job Details
MUST HAVE
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of mechanical construction experience
- 2+ years of supervisory/project management experience
- Strong Plumbing & HVAC experience
- Bluebean Revu

- CT Plumbing & Piping License
- CT Heating & Cooling License
