Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and lead mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, particularly in HVAC and data center environments, ensuring that all project requirements are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize Bluebeam and Procore for project management and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical systems, specifically in MEP or HVAC.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, including Bluebeam and Procore.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data center operations and plumbing systems is preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
