Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and lead mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, particularly in HVAC and data center environments, ensuring that all project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Procore for project management and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical systems, specifically in MEP or HVAC.
• Strong proficiency in project management software, including Bluebeam and Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data center operations and plumbing systems is preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
