Mechanical Project Manager- Grand Rapids, MI

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and manpower plans
• Coordinate with clients, subs, vendors, and field teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across job sites
• Handle RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in construction project management (mechanical/MEP preferred)
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or PMP certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA-30 (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
