Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager specializing in HVAC and Plumbing systems to oversee and manage projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical aspects of the projects are executed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing projects from initial planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
