MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Position:            Mechanical HVAC Project Manager

Status:                Full Time

Location:           Timnath, CO or Henderson, NV

Education:        Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (PE preferred)

Experience:       8+ years in mechanical building systems design and project management

G2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. This role involves leading multiple mechanical and plumbing design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, and mentoring internal staff.

The right candidate will have:

- Strong technical foundation in HVAC and plumbing system design

- Exceptional client-facing communication skills

- Proven experience managing engineering teams and project schedules

- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD

- A passion for delivering high-quality, coordinated construction documents

What You’ll Do

- Lead design teams through all project phases

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and contractual standards

- Oversee the development of construction documents and specifications

- Design HVAC and plumbing systems across a range of project types

- Manage construction administration, including submittal review and RFI responses

- Conduct site visits (occasional travel may be required)

- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
