They are seeking a capable and experienced Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager to support tendering, project delivery, and team development.The business works across multiple sectors including commercial, regeneration/social housing, PPM, and rail, with most projects based in the Midlands but some nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identifying suitable tender opportunitiesPrepare accurate and competitive mechanical tender submissions and quotationsMeet tender deadlines while adapting to changes and providing value-engineered alternativesOversee contract management including procurement, labour, and materials within budgetAttend site and client meetings as requiredPrepare and issue valuations in line with project requirementsContribute to maintaining accreditations and company compliance standardsSupport health & safety, quality, and delivery across mechanical installationsDevelop and manage site-based teams and supervisorsIdeal Candidate Profile:Time-served mechanical engineer with well-rounded industry knowledge in both domestic and commercial sectorsStrong estimating and contract/project management experienceConfident working independently and as part of a wider operational team*Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation**Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications & Competencies:Unvented Hot Water Storage SystemsGas Safety Competencies (Domestic & Commercial):Domestic: CCN1, CENWAT, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, CoNGLP1 (PD)Commercial: COCN1, BMP1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1ACity & Guilds 2382 - 17th Edition Wiring RegulationsValid CSCS cardProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookBenefits:Enrolment to pension scheme (up to 5% employer contribution)Annual discretionary bonus schemeLoyalty-based annual leave increasePaid leave for children's first day at primary/secondary schoolCorporate discounts on leisure membershipsMental health support servicesEE corporate mobile discount #LI-PB1
