We’re looking for a Mechanical Project Design Engineer to create custom-built display systems and architectural frameworks for interactive visual environments used in entertainment, education, and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing mechanical systems and large dome structures for immersive visual environments.
  • Creating architectural and mechanical models, drawings, and documentation to support project execution.
  • Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and production teams to bring each unique vision to life.
  • Supporting quality, continuous improvement, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in structural design, drafting practices, and 3D modeling.
  • Bonus if you've worked in architecture, equipment design, with fabricated metal parts or immersive tech environments.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (KeyCreator preferred), Excel VBA, and engineering documentation.
  • A high level of self-direction, organization, and pride in your work.
