Prerequisites:

• Has a degree/diploma in mechanical engineering
• Best to be Singapore/Malaysian PR with Chinese speaking
• Has experience of about 10 - 15 years of relevant construction working experience
• Is able to work as a good team player and partner with the Project Manager/Project Director to meet the overall timeline deliverables for the project
• Able to lead the M&E team for the project in terms of submission/approvals/procurement lead time/engaging with all stakeholders like client/consultants/subcons and other trades/ meeting the milestones of the project/M&E site installation and progress/ T&C and combined T&C for RI and TOP and handing over to client successfully
• Able to look into cost and time implications due to late confirmations/design changes/ VO etc and work with the Project Manager/Project Director for the EOT letter claims etc.
