Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Group Manager to lead our engineering team in the design and implementation of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in managing projects and teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet our clients' needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team in the design and execution of HVAC systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct load calculations and system layout design to optimize HVAC performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of systems and project goals.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Review and approve engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC system design and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and design principles is a plus.
  • Experience with system layout and load calculations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
