Position Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design and development of innovative electro-mechanical products. This role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of electro-mechanical products.
• Oversee the design process using SolidWorks, ensuring all designs are functional and meet specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project timelines and deliverables.
• Review and approve schematic capture and PCB layouts to ensure alignment with product requirements.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to improve product designs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on electro-mechanical products.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
