Your Impact: * Leadership & Innovation: Take command of multiple product lines as a high-level Mechanical Engineer, acting as a pioneer in the field, while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals from other engineers to specialized technicians. * Strategic Development: Lead new product research and development projects, with a keen focus on optimizing design for manufacturing and processing. Own the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to market release and beyond. * Technical Mastery: Utilize your expert knowledge to integrate innovative new features, assess the competition, resolve complex production issues, develop expectations, and ensure adherence to standards across multiple production departments. * Market Excellence: Drive process refinement and cost reduction efforts.
