Role Description

We have a fixed-term vacancy for a Mechanical Engineering graduate. This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about engineering, innovation, and contributing to real-world technical projects. You will gain hands-on experience in maintenance management, best practice and standard development while working under the mentorship of qualified engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance management support in projects.
• Develop and facilitate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Facilitate Problem solving.
• Schedule corrective maintenance.
• Develop standards for operating model (generic).
• Collect and analyse data.
• Develop reports.
• Participate in project management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production, maintenance, and quality.
• Follow safety rules and report any issues.
• Learn from experienced engineers.

Skills:

•  Analytical Skills and Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
• Communication and Project Management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of TPM is advantageous.
• Experience with project coordination is beneficial.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
• No previous participation in the YES Programme.
• Good academic performance and a strong interest in applying theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
