Role Profile：

Assist Process/Mechanical Engineers to prepare proposals for, plan, safely implement and control capital projects of limited size or delegated sections of larger capital projects.

Key Responsibilities：

• Assist Process/Mechanical Engineers in design, installation, commissioning and technical support on engineering projects, or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget
• Support Process/Mechanical engineers on the preparation of engineering drawings and designs.
• Assist Process/Mechanical Engineers in the preparation of feasibility studies, designs and budget estimates for capital schemes
• Ensure full documentation of all projects and systems.
• Equipment and process designs developed to achieve desired operational performance at minimum [overall life cycle] cost
  
  

Technical Knowledge Required：

Core

• Ability to produce working models using AutoCAD and Inventor
• Working knowledge of SG and GMT safety management system and standards.
• Trained to EEM Foundation level
• Well English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
  
  

Skills/Experience Required：

• Some site experience (eg Project start-ups, involvement in small project/process within larger project).
• Strong willingness and motivation to learn
• Team player with good interpersonal skills to operate effectively in a team environment.
• Time spent in a plant/production facility in a continuous process industry eg through an industrial placement year, previous work experience would be beneficial
  
  

Qualifications (Entry Level)：

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar discipline
• High degree of computer literacy
