Key responsibilities:

• Perform Mechanical bias PPM and reactive tasks on-site for commercial buildings, including but not limited to boilers, pumps, Fan Coils, AHU's, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more.
• Assist with reasonable requests from the client and Contract Manager.
• Manage tasks such as booking sub-contractors, closing PPMs, handling reactive works, and ordering materials.
• Undertake fabric duties as and when required.
  
  

What's needed?

• Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
• Strong Mechanical (Facilities) knowledge, background, and experience.
• Electrical knowledge - Desirable.
