Allied Resources is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a Commercial Construction Manufacturing facility that is proficient in interpreting technical drawings, airflow diagrams, and control systems design, with expertise in mechanical equipment selection and building/life safety code analysis. This is a direct-hire located in Montgomery County, PA with a base salary ranging up to $155,000, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support proposal development by contributing high-level mechanical designs, assisting with cost estimating, and generating technical content for proposals.
• Design control systems and performed mechanical equipment selection to align with project requirements and client specifications.
• Conduct Building and Life Safety Code analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in life sciences facilities.
• Perform detailed code analysis on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local and national building codes.
• Prepare permit drawings for HVAC submissions and responded to comments from local jurisdictions to secure project approvals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring financial performance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in PM tools such as Microsoft Suite.
• Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD (required).
