Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, specifically using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Responsibilities * Design and develop mechanical systems and components using AutoCAD and Inventor. * Collaborate on machine design and machine tool building projects. * Conduct stress testing and research and development activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in mechanical design. * Participate in metal cutting machine projects, focusing on cast iron and aluminum materials. * Engage in sheet metal design and related tasks. Essential Skills * 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design/engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor. * Experience in machine design and machine tool building. * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. * Sheet metal design expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with stress testing and R&D. * Familiarity with cast iron and aluminum materials. * Troubleshooting software skills. * Preferably a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent practical experience. * Motivated and culturally fit for a family-oriented business.
