Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a mechanical engineer mentor. The Mechanical Engineer Mentor will be responsible for providing mentorship to students, assisting with the design and implementation of projects, managing projects, and conducting research and development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering and machine design skills.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of research and development (R&D) processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mentoring or teaching is a plus.
• Experience in the field of robotics or automation is a plus.
• Experience in simulation and analysis software.
