Multiskilled Engineer – North Colonnade – £47,000 – Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer, ideally with a mechanical bias, for a permanent position at a corporate site in North Colonnade, London. This is a single-man site, so the right candidate will be confident working independently and taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the building.

Role Details:

• Location: North Colonnade, London
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• Salary: £47,000 per year
• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Permanent
• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
• Pension: Statutory

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Mechanical systems including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves
• General building maintenance and fabric work
• Site documentation and compliance
• Client interaction and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Mechanical bias preferred, but open to experienced multiskilled engineers
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance
• Able to work on own initiative and maintain a high standard of service
