Reisel Consulting is looking for its next R&D Mechanical Engineer (M/F) for an assignment with its client in the energy sector in the Liège region, for a full-time permanent position.

• Defining design specifications, planning projects, and participating in prototype testing.
• Identifying solutions and making recommendations in line with technical objectives (performance, safety, compliance with applicable standards, cost).
• Designing assemblies, drafting parts, and writing specifications.
• Running technical calculations in collaboration with specialized engineering teams.
• Assisting the Operations and Quality Department in the procurement of parts, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Ensuring proper product documentation and certification.
• Actively contributing to product safety management.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Proficient in 3D design tools (e.g., CREO) and PLM (e.g., Windchill), including 2D drawings with geometrical and dimensional aspects.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
